15th August 24 - Date Selectors bug - data not lost.

We apologies but we have discovered a small bug associated with the current App version that can reset your Date Selectors (at the top of the History page). This is typically occurring when tracking is disabled (by iOS) and / or you receive a Tracking Notification. We are working on the fix for this now.

If this bug occurs on your device the ‘From’ Date Selector may reset to ‘Today’. In doing so, it will appear as if your day and night are lost - the are not, they are only hidden. Please just go ahead and reset your Date Selectors to view your previously tracked days. To do this:

/ Go to your History Page.

/ At the top of the page are two grey boxes labelled ‘From’ and ‘To’, Please tap the ‘From’ box.

/ When the calendar pop-up is visible, tap the month and year (top left corner).

/ Spin both scrollers downwards, this should reset your tracking start date and return your data.

We apologise of any inconvenience caused and we are working on the fix of this issue to be realised as soon as possible.
