Date Selector bug - data not lost - working on fix.
We have discovered a small bug in TrackingDays that can reset your Date Selectors (at the top of the History page). This is typically occurring when tracking is disabled (by iOS) or you receive a Tracking Notification. We are working on a fix for this issue.
If this bug occurs on your device the ‘From’ Date Selector may reset to ‘Today’. In doing so, it will appear as if your days and nights data has been lost - this is not the case, you data is only hidden.
To resolve this issue:
Please go ahead and reset your Date Selectors. To do this:
/ Go to your History Page.
/ At the top of the page are two grey boxes labelled ‘From’ and ‘To’, Please tap the ‘From’ box.
/ When the calendar pop-up is visible, tap both the month and the year (top left corner).
/ ‘Spin’ both scrollers downwards and let them stop independently, this should reset your tracking to its start date and will result in all of your tracked data becoming visible. You can then set your date selectors as you need.
