09.09.2024 - TKD & TKS updates released, with improved tracking.

We have just released a new update to the App Store. Please go head and download it here:

These updates to both Apps will greatly improve tracking reliability for those customers who have been experiencing tracking issues as a result of the recent iOS privacy changes. We would once more like to apologies for any inconvenience caused by the recent tracking issues.

If you do experience any tracking issues, please restart your App to force a location and to restart background tracking, however this should now be a rare occurrence.

In a previous post we advised that we are also building a new App version, that will user anonymous servers to force locations in the App. This remains our goal, however, we require Apple approval for this and at the time of writing we have been waiting for more than 8 weeks for a response from Apple. We hope they will respond and approve our proposals soon, to allow us to complete this build.
